@billweather Are you referring to the Fort Ord weather station? This station is strangely located at sea. It is a MADIS weather station. The owner probably entered wrong coordinates.

@Rose59 That would be nice that you give a link to the NZ weather website or a screenshot. In your area for tropical cyclones Windy uses data from BoM (Australia), ECMWF, and MetOffice (UK). Oaxaca City- not correct!

On the map you show the capitol pf the state of Oaxaca, Mexico as "Oaxaca City". That is not correct. It is simply called Oaxaca, not Oaxaca City or Ciudad Oaxaca as that would imply. Hopefully you will correct this.

Wrong Turkish translations

Clear air turbulence is translated as "hava tirbülansını temizle" in which clear is interpreted as verb. "Açık hava çalkantısı" is a better translation, also using a more Turkish word for turbulence.
Air quality index, icing, wave power, city heatmaps, business solutions are not translated at all. They can be translated as "Hava kalitesi göstergesi", "buzlanma", "dalga gücü", "şehir ısı haritaları", "iş çözümleri" respectively.
"Gök gürültülü sağanak", "0°C yüksekliği" are better translations for thunderstorms, 0°C altitude respectively.

Yes, here in remote NW California, the new city names are not reflective of what's actually here. Many are old sites that no longer exist and aren't in common usage any more. Location, far NE Humboldt County, California. It wasn't like that before the mapy integration, I believe. Love Windy, BTW!
