@Danielbraun
Have you looked at the link I provided here above ?
Windy staff say that they know the issue and that they try to find a solution. So that means you cannot fix it yourself.
Good morning,
I'm using Weather Display to transfer data to Windy via station ID and API keys, but it's not working. Here's what it looks like:
https://www.windy.com/station/pws-f06e5c74
What could it be? I also tried Meteobridge, but it still fails. Until a few weeks ago, everything was working fine.
Thanks
Hi @espenas , the inability to add the exact location of cameras is a bug we're aware of, and it should be fixed in the next update. If you send me the camera's identifier (e.g., the URL you enter for it) and the exact latitude and longitude, I'll update the information in the system. You can do it either here, or use mail webcams@windy.com. Thank you!
@timamart
No, that's not possible.
But you can plan two routes.
One to the stopover (WP 1, 2, 3, 4, 5), the other beyond (WP 6, 7, 8) since you can set the departure time as you wish.
I certainly hope that no corporation ever gets their hands on Windy and ruins it. It is so delightful to be able to post a question here in the community and have the programmers answer you themselves. It's fun to post a suggestion, get a personal response from the owners and then see it become part of windy. Do you honestly think that a corporate owner would provide Windy for free? Do you think they would give you complete access to their data?
The Weather Underground used to be a much better site with users interacting with each other until they got bought by weather.com. Now all they basically are is a revenue stream for the corporate owner.
Please do not sell out to some faceless corporation.
There are some general weather characteristics that are found in most cold fronts includsuche as :
(1) cumlus clouds
(2) turbulence
(3) showery precipitation
(4) strong gusty winds
(5) clearing skies and good visibility after front passes
Warm fronts
(1) stratus clouds if air is moist and stable
(2) little turbulence except in an unstable airmass
(3) percipitation ahead of front in wide area
(4) poor visibility with haze or fog
Note : in warm occlusions you will found an moist , unstable air lift so rapidly therefore you can find embeeded cumulonimbus in that type of front so in that weather will be severe than cold occlusion .
