    Hi @suty and @simonurbanek I can confirm that I have also still this issue, looks like it is behaving for me the same way as @ctd_ mentioned, it is enough to go to the settings and it is working again, unfortunately only for some time :/

    Yup, count me in as another user appreciating tide info... So far I have to look at Magic Sea Weed site which makes things more complicated, so it would be great if it could be here as well. That's because this page rocks and has the best and comprehensive forecast for any place I don't want to use anything else since I found you :o)

    @cdb92 This is not possible. But if you are waiting for some specific values (certain wind speed from certain direction in certain time of the day), you can set-up an alert for your location and be notified by e-mail when the specified conditions are forecasted.

    @jrowland Hi, if you want to hide controls, it is not possible on the regular web page. But there is another trick. You can use our embedded page. It allows you to hide all the controls. You can do it with following steps: Open menu (three bars in the upper left corner) Select "Tools/menu" Select "Embed widget on page" and then "Animated map" Now you should see the form with embed settings. You can customize the view and also check "hide controls" (thats exactly what you want) Now comes the magic. If you are skilled in web development, you can copy-paste the iframe code in the bottom of the screen to your web page. If you are not, just copy the text between quotation marks that follows src= part of the code and paste it to your browser address bar. Example of the copy-pasted text: https://embed.windy.com/embed2.html?lat=29.037&lon=-95.339&zoom=6&level=surface&overlay=wind&menu=true&message=&marker=&forecast=12&calendar=now&location=coordinates&type=map&actualGrid=&metricWind=kt&metricTemp=°C

    @maxbing Hi, you can set-up alert for both wind speed and direction like this: Click on any place of your choice in map. Click on the star symbol beside the search box and select "Alert for this spot". (If you are using mobile app, you must click on the "detail forecast" to show the search box with the star symbol) Now you should see the interface for setting up the alert.

    If you click this icon: [image: 1502488696524-screenshot2-resized.png] You can see the wind and other data as reported by weather stations. Clicking the labels on the map, you can even find some historical data. Hope it helps!
