Well, I think it would be an economic benefit for windy (as well as the peace of mind of having a backup for the user).

I have a friend who would like to become premium so he can have all the favourites that I have worked on for many many time (paragliding area).

If he has to do that work manually, he won't do it. The same will be true for many other people who could subscribe to premium but won't want to do all that work.

The Tidal currents and the Tide graph in the point forecast are computed by global models with quite a large resolution. They are not able to do a precise calculation in some areas with bays, river mouths, estuaries or straits because the data resolution cannot take into account the shape of seashore and seabed.
Even in the part of the narrow passages behind Vancouver island, where the map shows data, this data is probably wrong in some places. You can check it with local tide charts.

Has the crosshairs picker been replaced yet? The little flag picker was the best. Especially when your are at sea in your boat with only an iPhone. The crosshairs is much more combersome

If you don’t get relevant replies from users, you could try to compare the forecasts of ECMWF, GFS and ICON with the observed significant height and period of waves reported by weather buoys in your area

Note some of these weather buoys only report temperature and wind.

Yes, it is right. NEMS is shown as an overlay on the map but not as a point forecast.
This is because Meteoblue is the model shown for point forecast, meteogram.
Meteoblue is a multimodel which does not allow to draw a map.
NEMS is one of the models used by Meteoblue and it is used as a layer only.

Updraft helicity is a crucial parameter for understanding the potential severity of a convective storm. It's a measure of the amount of shear (change in wind direction and speed with height) available for a storm to tilt and stretch>, which can lead to the formation of rotation and eventually tornadoes.

@idefix37 They are unfortunately not progressively replaced, and it's still showing a several old year location with a heart next to it, despite the fact that it's not been hearted for years. The "Wx Station TEST test" also appears to just be there randomly.

If this list was actually based on recent searching, it might be useful, but as is it gets in the way, and it would be more convenient to have favorites show up there.

@Jordan-M-4 Yes, but since we don't use official app for Mac, these widgets are taken from your iOS device, which has to be present for using our widgets.
