    I just signed up for the windy premium app while on my pc. I just noticed the profile I am in is not the same as the one on my iPad, I have made a mistake somewhere in the past and started a new account with correct information. I am not receiving emails for this purchase and noticed in the profile I see that the email is watooh60@gmail which is not correct, I selected the change the email and still do not recieve emails to watoosh60@gmail.com Please help Lonnie Parsons

    A drought monitoring color scale is used to show how severe drought conditions are in a region. Light colors (yellow) indicate abnormally dry conditions, while darker shades (orange to red) show moderate to extreme drought. The darkest colors (dark red or purple) represent exceptional drought, meaning severe water shortages and major impacts on agriculture and ecosystems.

    Hi @suty and @simonurbanek I can confirm that I have also still this issue, looks like it is behaving for me the same way as @ctd_ mentioned, it is enough to go to the settings and it is working again, unfortunately only for some time :/

    @meesh_27 Hello, I will do my best to help you with these: Forecasted wind speed (km/h, m/s,...) White color for low speed, more green --> higher values Forecasted precipitation, wave basically visualizes those hourly values and provide more info about detailed amount of precipitation during the time.

    @dryheat122 This difference can be caused by IP localization detection, instead of using GPS.

    @Caefix Hello, we can try to replicate it but in my case, animation is fine in Firefox for now. It can be related to the performance issues on your device. I will forward it to colleague.

    Thank you, the tutorial is helpful, but I don't understand when I should receive the notification...Often I have the blue bell, but I don't receive the notification on mobile phone (also according with time slot indicated).

    @idefix37 thank you, I'll give it another go. I'm sure I've had that setting enabled in the past, but the settings menu layout seems to have changed since then so perhaps it got reset in an update. Fingers crossed

    @mromaniu Hi, At 16:00 UTC, Windy cannot display the “12:00 UTC run”. There is only 4 hours between these times. See the schedule of ECMWF model used in Windy [image: 1756500911862-5aeff2ad-3435-42d0-b470-32c1f80b6216.jpeg] So it is more than 7 hours. Then you need at add one hour for Windy to process the data.

    @Tommy636 Hi, You can set an alert for a favorite location by clicking on Create an alert [image: 1756311058088-4c03dae0-2943-45cb-aa9d-2915a4f0521d.jpeg] But even if you add a weather station to your favorites, this instruction is missing in this window for a weather station. So there is no way to set an alert for weather station.

    @joshsignal The answer is in a post by @Gkikas-LGPZ in the thread you refer. You haven't read it? Windy is using this parameter You can compare at the moment the Snow accumulation over the Antarctica peninsula with the Rain accumulation knowing that 1cm of snow is about 1mm of rain. To adjust the font size on Windy in Safari, press Command (⌘) + 0 to reset the zoom to the default.

    Hi @bigern70, I see data from this radar are still available. From the quick look at the metadata, I see that reflectivity range is 80km with 1km resolution. Is that correct? I'm also unable to find its location, since metadata contain wrong coordinates (lat/lon as 0.0/0.0).

    @Boogie-Beckman I've played around with both Gemini and ChatGPT but I've just taken screenshots from Windy and then asked them to analyse what they see and what sort of weather can be expected. Can be quite interesting. How exactly do you do it ? Do you mind sharing the prompt you type in ?
