Figured it out, thank you!
A fire map is planned for a next future:
Meanwhile you can visit this website which gives a global view of fires in the world:
That's probably something we can try.
The thing is that different model report different things.
I think that EC has all of model elevation, actual elevation and sfc temp while GFS only has actual? elevation.
I have chosen to use the model elevation when available because what's below probably do not make a lot of sense ?
what you have in place works fine (happy days!!!).....just need to go back to old school and picture that parcel ascent.
Hi Peter. I am working on a flight planner, that you might find useful. The plugin calculates ground speed, from your IAS and Wind speed at your chosen alt, and determines the corrected ETE.
Can I ask: What is your airspeed ? (74kph). What are your waypoints?

I read the site you mentioned but I didn't find nothing about earthquake forecasts.
I use the sfc temp +3 degree for now as an approx - probably too much in the morning or when the cloud cover is important.
The surface temperature reported by the model does not seem to work better (I may want to give it an another try later).
Does it answer your question or is the question more about the temperature gradient ?
I ended up loading detail-render instead and it fixed my issue.
So the "better" way to retrieve favorites is
I'd love to see more info about the available data too.
May be the plugins repo on github would be a good place to add them ?
There is no support from our side, but if you make sure your transpiled files respect hierarchy and format from tutorials (https://github.com/windycom/windy-plugins) it should work.
