I read the site you mentioned but I didn't find nothing about earthquake forecasts.
I use the sfc temp +3 degree for now as an approx - probably too much in the morning or when the cloud cover is important.
The surface temperature reported by the model does not seem to work better (I may want to give it an another try later).
Does it answer your question or is the question more about the temperature gradient ?
I ended up loading detail-render instead and it fixed my issue.

May be the plugins repo on github would be a good place to add them ?
There is no support from our side, but if you make sure your transpiled files respect hierarchy and format from tutorials (https://github.com/windycom/windy-plugins) it should work.
It is not possible right now. Windy API provides "only" our Leaflet extensions and map tools. It allows you to use Windy map layers and read its data. Forecast is not a part of that. We are sorry.
