We have received the 06Z forecast and it is available via our website and apps. We are currently waiting for the 12Z forecast and we will see how the situation will normalize on ECMWF's side

America and Oceania satellite data outage

The NOAA GOES-19 satellite is undergoing a planned maintenance. Satellite data for Eastern portions of US, Canada and for the whole South America will be unavailable for approximately the next 60 minutes.

@Nathan-Tableman It should be fixed now. Sorry for the issues. The changes we made for Stations were extensive and affected many systems. In your case, it was an edge case. Sorry again, and thank you very much for reporting this problem. You helped us improve our product.

Degraded meteorological station data display

Due to an internal issue in our database cluster, detailed data view for meteorological stations (especially the ones on airports), might be slow or completely unavailable (fail with an error).

Due to Sun co-linearity, MET-9 (aka MSG-2 aka deg41e) satellite data, covering parts of European Russia, Turkey, the Arabian peninsula, and Central Asian states, might be unavailable every morning between 2025-09-11 and 2025-09-24 between approximately 8:15 and 9:15 AM UTC.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this might cause you, the problem is on the side of the satellite, there is nothing we can do about this.

We are currently missing satellite images for Western US and Pacific ocean due to an outage on the GOES-18 satellite. Since the issue is on the side of our data provider, we are waiting for a fix from their side. We currently don't have an estimate for a fix.

@Oasiseagle Wind data is not provided directly by Satellite views, but by weather models. I don’t see any problem for wind by the ECMWF model in Canada. The satellite outage is solved.

There is currently an outage of the CMEMS model, this means that data for layers Currents and Tidal currents are outdated. We are investigating it, but for now, it seems that the issue is issue on the end of provider.
