The outage has been resolved, we are serving MTG data again.

Wind data is not provided directly by Satellite views, but by weather models.
I don’t see any problem for wind by the ECMWF model in Canada.
The satellite outage is solved.

Following an issue during a scanning cycle from the geostationary satellite, everything is now working correctly.

Fixed. Satellite is woking now.

EDIT Appears to be working once again. False alarm!

It appears our problems have returned at a very critical time in the gulf.

but i know eumetsat have launched some new wx sats lately, they should be well on their way finally tested and calibrated by now , are there no say or heresay on this?
