I'm trying to publish a private plugin with the official template workflow (windycom/windy-plugin-template, .github/workflows/publish-plugin.yml, upload step unchanged). The request POST https://node.windy.com/plugins/v1.0/upload with my "Windy Plugins API" key always answers 415 Unsupported Media Type.
The key itself seems fine: with an invalid key the same request answers 401.
I tried 11 variants, all answered 415:
full dist (plugin.js, plugin.js.map, plugin.min.js, plugin.json, package.json), then without the map, without package.json, and only plugin.min.js + plugin.json;
an ASCII-only plugin.json;
GNU, ustar and pax tar formats;
the file part sent as application/octet-stream, application/x-tar and application/tar.
plugin.json has "private": true, name windy-plugin-ekinox-stratege, version 0.1.0, built with @windycom/plugin-devtools 3.0.5.
The source repository is a private GitHub repository. Could that be the reason? Is a public repository required even for a private plugin?
Is there a requirement on the account, the plugin name or the archive that is not in the docs?
