I have number of Weather stations and they all have webcams (1 or 2).
Managing weather stations is simple and effective using https://stations.windy.com
There I have list of my stations and can edit and update as needed, very good.
Also the API for sending information is clear and easy to use.

But then we have the webcams and their management.
Management is actually not existing (at least not to normal users).
I dont see a list of my webcams, cannot edit or amend info or add details.
This is very much needed for those managing more than very few cameras.

There is some approval process, which should be clear, while it has not been working properly for some time.
We dont know what kind of presentation of the data (images) is preferrable by windy.com or easy to use, which for developers would be helpful.
I understand there is certain security/misuse possible, which should be checked, but for "known providers" this should be simple.
Can some standard interface for sharing webcams (to windy) be published which developers can use?
The algorithm of retrieving photos is not publicly known, but more infor to windy.com might improve this very much.
Webcams that take photos normally at regular intervals are common, but the info is not part of info shared with windy.com, like photos every 10 minutes/30 minutes, and if photos are only during daylight hours. If there are more than one direction of images (like alternating directions with two cameras).
Even emails of approval, reject, disable due to problem or enabled again when OK are not received anymore (were OK but stopped sometime last year)....

Could webcam providers get some webcams.windy.com management in similar way as stations.windy.com, even (some or all) changes might neet approval of admins ?

Can this be looked into and improved ?

I am currently using the Windy API to integrate webcam images into my website hosted on Wix. The API call successfully retrieves data about the webcam, but the images object in the response seems incomplete or unavailable. Here are the details:

Problem Description:
I am using the endpoint:

with the correct API key in the headers.

The API response includes information about the webcam, such as title, status, and view count, but the images object does not contain the current.preview URL for the webcam image. Here’s a sample of the response I am getting:

Despite including images in the query parameters, the current.preview or any similar key with an image URL is not present.

I have verified that the webcam is active and correctly identified. When I visit the webcam page on Windy.com, I can see the image, so I assume the data exists but isn’t being returned via the API.

Steps Taken:
Verified the API key and domain restrictions in the API dashboard. My domain is authorized.
Used both lang=en and include=images in the query string.
Tried other webcams, and the issue persists.
Question:
How can I retrieve the current.preview or similar URL for the webcam image via the API? Is there a known limitation for this specific webcam or the API functionality in general?
