@David-Koon Hello, you are contacting the wrong application. We are Windy.com (with a red logo), and our subscription is called Windy Premium, not “Windy PRO.”

Vous faites erreur. Vous êtes ici sur le forum de la communauté de windy.com. Ce site et son application mobile ne propose pas d’abonnement Pro. Vous faites sûrement référence à une application du même nom mais qui présente un logo bleu, alors que celui de windy.com est rouge. Ces 2 applications qui portent le même nom n’ont en fait strictement rien à voir. Il faut que vous fassiez directement votre demande auprès de l’application que vous avez souscrite.
