@orion34 Hello, I do not see any duplicate order on FastSpring this year. I can only see annual payments since 2020. If you have accidentally subscribed on a different platform such as App Store or Google Play, you will need to request a refund there. Here is how to do it -

Apparently you are logged in here as Premium user, as shown by the badge near your name.
Do you mean that you can log in the website with your Premium account, but not in the mobile app with the same account?
