I can't speak for Windy because I'm just a user of this app. I can only hope that someone hears your request.
I guess you already use the Drought monitoring layer and also Extreme forecast layer which shows the extreme deviations from the climate average at the same time and place.

I know these layers are not climatic data strictly speaking.
