@aplusmarketing Hello, cancelling subscription means that you will not be charged at the next billing period, it does not refund you the order. If you want a refund, you would need to request it during the first 14 days after the purchase. I am sorry, but this order is not eligible for refund anymore.

You will either have to restore the purchase on desktop or in the app, depending on where you bought it.

In case you are subscribed via the website (FastSpring), message me the email address you used and I can refund the duplicate order.

To cancel and refund the subscription made via application, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since Google Play and the App Store have their own administration to which we don’t have access to.
