@el-lamontagne Hello, as I can see, you already have the Premium badge, therefore you should have access to Premium features. Can you access 1hr forecast in the app and desktop or there is some issue?

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.

If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.

@papacaptainc Dear user, could you please provide us with more details? Where did you subscribe to Windy Premium, was it on desktop or via our app?

It is certainly not our intention to charge you 3 times and we would like to correct this.

@philmaq Hello, if you cancelled the subscription, then you should be refunded. Purchases made on App/Google store are managed by the platform.

@timol I have deactivated the subscription, therefore you will not be charge at the next billing period.

@chhummel I asked our developers and they can try to restore the purchase manually. Could you please provide us with App Store invoice and send it to support@windy.com?

@cphoenix This is basically strategy of payment gates, we use. Apple, Google, Fastspring.

We just set the price, and they do some magic calculation, that is beyond our reach.

Hello @ebb73, 'Buy for one year' will get you a Premium that expires after one year. With the 'Annual subscription' you are subscribed, Premium gets auto-renewed after one year.
Some users prefer not being subscribed.
