It can be either on Fastspring or App Store/Google Store.

@kharvey I see a Premium batch by your profile here so the Premium is activated.

The app you call Windy Pro has NOTHING TO DO with the one discussed in this forum.
Here we are talking about Windy.com with a red logo. The Windy with a Pro version has a blue logo.
What is exactly the ‘’Windy basic’’ you are talking about? Red or blue?

Thanks @idefix37 I was affraid that it was the problem, I have asked Apple to refund the Pro subscription for this "false" Windy app.

No this is not possible. The Route planner is only available on Windy website, not in the mobile app.

It seems like your Premium is linked correctly (you have a Premium batch by your profile picture).

You can test it by logging into another device with your Windy account. Premium will be available there as well :)

The subscription was bought via App Store, but it gets linked to your Windy account.

@likisaurus, I can see that you are already a Premium user (you have a Premium batch by your profile as well).

Premium gives you weather forecast updates 4 times a day instead of 2 and access to 1-hour forecast instead of 3-hours. That gives you more precise data.
You can also customize the default weather layer and more features will be added in the future.

I would recommend uninstalling and install the application and then typing the username and password manually.

Were you logged in with a Windy account on your old device? Did you have access to Premium there? Do you still have the same Google Play/App Store ID?

What version of the operating system, device, and application (can be found at the bottom of the Menu) do you have?

Also, please check, if you are referring to the right application. We are Windy.com, red and white logo. Not Windy.app, blue and white logo.

Yes the Windy (red) does have some routing functionality built in, but the problem you will have is using it at sea as it's not designed for that type of remote access internet connection.

The Windy Pro (blue) app is nothing to do with Windy here, it is an entirely separate app made by a competitor.

Unfortunately this is not the correct support forum for the service you are using.

@forest5150 Hello, do you mean the button "download app" in the mobile browser? This cannot be removed, the solution is to use the app instead of the browser.

If you are a Premium user, you should see the "Premium" badge at your profile photo. I can also see that you don't have Premium assigned to this account.

Hello @Anthony-Ferguson, thank you for supporting! By the Premium batch by your username I see that Premium is linked to your account. Log into the application with your account.
When checking forecast for a specific location, you should be able to see the 1-hour forecast once you tap on it in the lower left corner.
