Open the Windy Premium offer and click on Restore purchases

@sicoe77 Hello, you are contacting a wrong company. We are Windy.com (with red logo) and our only subscription is called Windy Premium, not "PRO". This is our app on the App Store and Google Play.

@marcos-33 Hello, your 2 purchase attempts via desktop (FastSpring) has been cancelled already. Therefore you have probably subscribed on either App Store or Google Play, to manage the subscription you will need to go to the platform you made the purchase on.
@lahoof Hello, I can only see one purchase made via desktop (FastSpring). If there is another purchase made via Google Play, please request a refund today, there should not be any issue with it.
@saxoralistas Hello, you can buy Windy Premium via App Gallery in case your phone does not have Google Play. Another option is to buy Premium on desktop https://www.windy.com/subscription. You can then use it in the app as well.
@ksndmc Hello, if you purchased the Annual option, your subscription should be renewed automatically unless you cancelled it. I would recommend to check your order on the platform, where you subscribed either App Store, Google Play or desktop (FastSpring).

At the moment, we don't have subscriptions for multiple users available. Each membership has to be purchased individually.
I would recommend purchasing it via our website, for the company it will be easier since it isn't linked to Google Play/App Store account.
