@marcos-33 Hello, your 2 purchase attempts via desktop (FastSpring) has been cancelled already. Therefore you have probably subscribed on either App Store or Google Play, to manage the subscription you will need to go to the platform you made the purchase on.
@ksndmc Hello, if you purchased the Annual option, your subscription should be renewed automatically unless you cancelled it. I would recommend to check your order on the platform, where you subscribed either App Store, Google Play or desktop (FastSpring).

At the moment, we don't have subscriptions for multiple users available. Each membership has to be purchased individually.
I would recommend purchasing it via our website, for the company it will be easier since it isn't linked to Google Play/App Store account.
