@rdboyett Hello, do you have any evidence of the purchase? I checked your account, and there has never been any Premium subscription. Is it possible that you used a different email in that Premium account?

Hello,
When you purchase Premium through the App Store, Play Store, or browser version, you get this license on all your devices, but you must log in with the same account credentials on all your devices.
Don't worry, since you haven't paid by Aug 27 (your renewal date), you are automatically in the so-called "grace period", meaning you have additional time to pay for the subscription. Therefore, you are still a Premium user.

I don't know if future updates will allow you to use the Route Planner with the weather picker as you do because that's not how it was designed and intended to be used. Right now Windy website is sometime rather slow, this should be improved and this may be related to the removal of Graphics compatibity mode.
@FulvioP You are contacting the wrong app, we are Windy.com and our subscription is called Premium, not PRO. You probably subscribed to our competitors app.
