A Pro account is a windy.app account. "Windy.app" has nothing to do with "windy.com". They are 2 different companies.
And this is the windy.com community forum. So we can't help you and you should contact windy.app directly.

The card issuer reports there are no transaction attempts from fastspring.com being posted.

Second attempt at purchase results in the same error.

Hello,
The Premium badge should be displayed near your user picture or here near your user name. As Premium user you should be able to select 1h forecast steps in a local weather forecast table instead only 3h for free users.
May be your subscription is not paired with your account ?

By the way do you use “McAfee safe browsing” ? It could be the cause of the blackout.

Apparently your are not Premium member otherwise the Premium badge would be displayed here near your username.
This is probably because your subscription was not paired with your account

Did you get a Pro subscription on windy.app with a blue logo? This app with the same name has nothing to do with Windy.com with a red logo. The subscription on windy.com is called Premium.

There are no ads whatsoever. It doesn't matter if you are a Premium or not. Could you share a screenshot?
