@nilsosterhoff Hello, each platform may apply the local taxes differently, thus the price difference. You can subscribe through APP, the subscription will work both on app and desktop.
@ddonaldson Hello, to cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms.
@matof Hello, we currently do not offer a trial. A refund is only possible 14 days after the purchase (in the case of a desktop purchase). The App Store and Google Play handle the order according to their policies.
@jenclamors Hello, I see only one order under your email address through FastSpring. Furthermore, your account is already marked as Premium, which means you can access Premium features. If you purchased another subscription on a different platform (App Store/Google Play), you would need to check your account there.
@mebimabo Hello, you can use Windy Premium on all your devices (iOS and Android). All you need to do is to use the same account the Premium is assigned to.
Your account already has Premium access, so there shouldn't be any issue.

To set your preferred model go to Settings -> Start-up layer and location -> Start-up layer -> Use last overlay.
