@marekd Hello. This is formerly korvinae. It took me a while, but I found the email I used to register on my iPhone. You were of course correct, korvinae user account was not linked. If I may, one suggestion would be to be able to see which email you are logged in with on the windy iPhone app, because usernames don't have to be unique and so I couldn't see anywhere in the interface which email was logged in. Thanks for your help and apologies for the confusion.

Hello @Bader121, you cancel the renewal by cancelling your subscription. Since it is already paid, you will be able to keep it but it won't renew for the next period. Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you have originally created the subscription.

@jkmeher we have available 1-hour forecast for Premium users, basic version has 3-hour steps.
