Unfortunately, Windy has no influence over which providers they support and which they do not. You can purchase a subscription either through our website https://www.windy.com/subscription (where Paddle manages premium for us) or directly in the mobile app, where Google Play or the App Store are responsible for in-app purchases, which may be the right solution for you.

    @13877938928 Hello, okay, you used a Paddle.com to purchase the Premium. However, I cannot find any purchase on the end of Paddle under your email, used in your account, 480***227@qq.com. So you had to use a different email address during the purchase process.

    @アチハ調達課 Hello there, this is probably caused by the potential violation of our terms of use. When our system recognize multiple accesses to your account at the same time, it logs the user out. Is it possible that you share the account with anyone else?

Alerts work also for non-Premium users, but for them the number of favorite locations / alerts are available in limited number (3 if I remember) I guess for fishing you need no wind or a light wind and no swell or light swell.     @fishinggonebad Hello, live alerts are only in our mobile app. If you want to use forecast alerts (custom one), you can be notified via email as well.

    @ldwhite68 Regarding to the local time, we mean the local time of the device. Regarding to the issue, I will do my best to replicate it somehow and forward it to colleagues. I already tested UTC on my device and it was okay, but this can be related to your different location, since I access Windy from central Europe.
