@Daniel-Milbrath This subscription called Pro is from an app with a blue logo. This app, even with a similar name, has no connection with windy.com which features a red logo. On windy.com the subscription is called Premium. Therefore, Windy.com cannot refund a subscription purchased through another application.

@keirnanMazu I have made a quick test from Kiel (but outside the estuary) to a waypoint north of Denmark, then to an endpoint near the Netherlands (without sailing too far inland, otherwise the planning tool doesn't work).
