hi, is it possible to return the payment back for financial reasons as quickly as possible with the same payment method that I have paid for! this is urgent!

Radar and Satellite archives are the archives of these 2 layers only, and during one year.
It is past observation data, because radar and satellite views are not forecast data.
So there is no way to see archive of forecasts.

I purchased a year subscription to Premium in the google play store. I have tried for a few months to get the "go premium" banner to go away on my laptop. Even logged in it will not go away; the premium features are not available. I have gave up quite a few times since getting help is more involved here than I like. An easy to find customer service 1:1 area would be nice even an email address would help. But here I am in the forum so hope I can get help figuring this out. Quite a bit of my subscription has burned away trying to figure it out.

Windy Premium still provides hourly forecast in the local forecast table.
In the browser version, you need to turn ON the switch “1h”
In the mobile app you have to click on “3h” to get the one-hour steps forecast (not very intuitive).

@Ows-Leo-Briceno Android or iOS? Either way, in the respective Store, under your name,you have apps that you purchased. Find Windy and cancel subscription. Easy 🫛.

@mail1986 No, this is not possible but you can use widget of Windy, next to Google calendar widget and it could has the same function.

Ah, i'm stupid... i was lookinf for it in Radar+-Mode, but nice2know that's possible in the normal Radar!

There is no better visibility offered by other widgets. There exists another hourly widget for instance, with half the number of symbols but whose size is half the size of the big widget. So the symbol size is the same.
It’s a pity that windy developers don’t use their own widget, if they did thez would immediately react.
