    @Ckag14 Hello there, if you purchased the Premium via AppStore, I am afraid we can't help you and you need to request the refund directly from AppStore. Apple doesn't allow us to handle their payments in any way, unfortunately.

    Hi there My boyfriend, Russell Furlong, paid for premium a few days ago. Last week Wed, I think. I have linked my phone as app says one can link up to 5 devices. I am the one who uses it the most as he is at sea and needs weather updates. My issue is I do not have premium on my device even though when I go to purchases it says already purchased. I have logged on as Russell but it still fails to provide me with premium windy. Please help

    @Suty Thank you. I would like to confirm the temporal/spatial resolution and the forecast horizon (lead time) available for each model provided in Windy API. If possible, could you share, by model, the details such as grid spacing (horizontal resolution), vertical/horizontal resolution notation, time step (output interval), and the maximum number of forecast days?

    @idefix37 I solved it.... I logged out and then back in. Now all the Favorites are there. Strange that I would have to do that.
