Vous demandez que le système vous alerte si vous avez un ciel clair ET plus de 4.7mm de pluie ET plus de 25°C ET plus de 10km/h de vent. L’alerte ne sera déclenchée que si TOUTES ces conditions sont réunies en même temps ! C’est à dire jamais. Je ne pense pas qu’en Belgique le ciel soit clair quand il pleut.
