@arturo-gomez Hello, I can see only one active subscription via FastSpring. You have not activated your Premium yet, you will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below:
Go to desktop and log in with your Windy account
Open the subscription offer window (e.g. click on the 1h forecast button in the detail of a certain location)
Click on 'Restore purchases'
On the next page, insert the subscription Order Reference code, your order reference number is (I will PM you the order reference ID).
As I mentioned, I do not see the duplicate payment. Let me know if you purchased the second one with a different email.
