    @jimerb Hello, those details are visible on the platform, where you subscribed. It can be either App Store, Google Play or FastSpring (desktop). In your case, it is FastSpring. You can access your account at https://windy.onfastspring.com/account.

To cancel the subscription, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since we don’t have any control over these platforms: App Store – https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 Google Play – https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/7018481?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en I don’t see your email linked to a subscription made via the desktop version. In case you used a different email, type in the email address you used for a subscription here – https://windy.onfastspring.com/account.

Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally placed an order on.     @whartonj Hello, 10 days forecast is already available. With Windy Premium you will get 1 hr forecast steps (instead of 3 hours intervals) together with more frequent updates for major weather models, special settings and 3D Globe.
