    Hello @dugang279, thank you for supporting us by purchasing Windy Premium! Premium is already activated for your account, you can tell by the Premium batch you have here on the forum next to your username. To get to Premium features in the application/on the website, you need to log in with the same account you are logged in here. Once you are logged in, you should see a Premium batch right under your profile picture (upper-right corner on the website, lower-right corner in the app).

    @sdbob9999 Hello, you can view your subscription status on a platform, where you made the purchase. It is either FastSpring (desktop) - https://windy.onfastspring.com/account or on the App Store or Google Play.

    @orion34 Hello, I do not see any duplicate order on FastSpring this year. I can only see annual payments since 2020. If you have accidentally subscribed on a different platform such as App Store or Google Play, you will need to request a refund there.     @pclindholm Apparently you are logged in here as Premium user, as shown by the badge near your name. Do you mean that you can log in the website with your Premium account, but not in the mobile app with the same account?

    @henrik_59 Hello, as you can see, you already have a Premium badge here, this means you have access to Premium features. You can manage your subscription on platform, where you purchase it. It is either App Store, Google Play or FastSpring - https://windy.onfastspring.com/account.

    @daevoan Glad to hear that. As I mentioned, you were probably not logged in with your Premium account, this is why you couldn't use Premium.
