If you are subscribed via desktop version (FastSpring), type in your email address here – https://windy.onfastspring.com/account. You will receive a link that will take you to the management of your account, invoices included.

Hi @bsdaiwa, to make sure your subscription renews, you have to change your billing info in Edit payment info section on the platform you are originally subscribed (Google Play or App Store).

@herxai Thank you for replying to my question. I appreciate it. Seems to me the annual subscription is the best choice then. I can still cancel if I'm not happy with the service.

It can be either on Fastspring or App Store/Google Store.

The app you call Windy Pro has NOTHING TO DO with the one discussed in this forum.
Here we are talking about Windy.com with a red logo. The Windy with a Pro version has a blue logo.
What is exactly the ‘’Windy basic’’ you are talking about? Red or blue?

Thanks @idefix37 I was affraid that it was the problem, I have asked Apple to refund the Pro subscription for this "false" Windy app.

If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.

No this is not possible. The Route planner is only available on Windy website, not in the mobile app.

It seems like your Premium is linked correctly (you have a Premium batch by your profile picture).

You can test it by logging into another device with your Windy account. Premium will be available there as well :)

The subscription was bought via App Store, but it gets linked to your Windy account.

@likisaurus, I can see that you are already a Premium user (you have a Premium batch by your profile as well).

Premium gives you weather forecast updates 4 times a day instead of 2 and access to 1-hour forecast instead of 3-hours. That gives you more precise data.
You can also customize the default weather layer and more features will be added in the future.

I would recommend uninstalling and install the application and then typing the username and password manually.
