Hello @Gabine, with Premium you get updates 4 times a day instead of 2, 1-hour forecast instead of 3-hours. You have access to a 3D view and to extra settings (default layer and more). We are working on more Premium features. Make sure you are logged in the application/website with your Windy account so you have access to Premium.

Hello @duselton, thank you for supporting us! Your Premium is activated, you can tell by the Premium batch by your username here. When you open a detailed forecast, you should be able to open the 1-hour forecast, on our website, you should be able to open a 3D view as a Premium member. Do you see a Premium batch by your profile picture in the application/on the website?

I would recommend following the steps in this manual on the device you bought Windy Premium: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features. Once it is done, all you need to do is to log in with your Windy account on the website and Premium will be available to you. You can also tell it is linked to your Windy account by the Premium batch, which will appear here on forum, next to your username on your posts. I would also recommend checking if you are subscribed to our application, we are Windy.com, red and white logo, not Windy.app, blue and white logo.
