    Hello @tulips, you had a monthly subscription with us that you didn't cancel. I have cancelled your subscription so it won't renew after this period (27th of January). May I ask what features didn't work for you?

The smaller amount only demonstrates how much it costs when you divide it between 12 months. Cancel anytime means you can cancel it during the whole year before it renews for another year. During the purchase process, only the annual price is mentioned and paid. There is no option to choose monthly. To cancel your subscription, you have to do that on the platform you purchased it (Google Play section Subscriptions on Android, for iOS, go to Settings > Account > Subscriptions. If you are subscribed via desktop, type in your email here and you will receive an email with a link to FastSpring where you can manage it https://windy.onfastspring.com/account).

To restore your purchase, please login with your account in the app and click on Windy Premium offer and then click on "Restore purchases". This will assign Premium to your account.     @mrsbargin Hello, in order to view 1h forecast, you need to switch it in the detailed forecast here - [image: 1607941128834-screenshot-2020-12-14-at-11.17.54.png] Furthermore, more frequent updates (6 hour updates) are for ECMWF model. You mentioned that forecast are inaccurate, have you then tried any other model? It is important to try all of them to the best outcome.
