    Hello @GeeWindy, thank you for supporting us by subscribing to Windy Premium! On which platform are you subscribed on – Google Play, App Store, or desktop/mobile browser (FastSpring)? To access your premium features, follow steps in this manual: https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features. Note that the restoration process has to be followed on the device you originally made the purchase (in case of a mobile browser, it has to be in a mobile browser, not the app). If the restoration fails, please, let me know in which step it failed and if there was an error message.

In that case, you should receive an email from FastSpring about your subscription and number of your order. Is Premium available to you? Have you tried to follow the instruction? https://community.windy.com/topic/11832/what-to-do-if-you-can-t-access-your-windy-premium-features Note that you have to restore the purchase on device you originally subscribed to Windy Premium. If it was on your phone but not through App Store or Google Play, you have to do it in the browser (you paid via FastSpring). If you subscribed via FastSpring, restoring the purchase won't work in the app.

    You don't need to do any change to the app, if anything, log out and in again. You should see the 1 hour toggle disabled, by default, and you should be able to enable it by clicking on it (desktop / browser) or tapping. It appears on the bottom of the screen when you select a place in the map or one of your favourites. [image: 1595760656375-screenshot-2020-07-26-at-12.49.42.png]
