Hello @Bader121, you cancel the renewal by cancelling your subscription. Since it is already paid, you will be able to keep it but it won't renew for the next period.
To cancel your subscription, you have to go to a platform you are subscribed on

Desktop version (FastSpring) – https://windy.onfastspring.com/account (type in your email address you used for subscription)

@Windygoto Hello, you can switch to annual in your FastSpring administration. All you need to do is to cancel your current monthly subscription at the next period and create a new annual subscription via desktop.

To get to you Premium features you just have to log in with your account to desktop version. Once you are logged in, you should see the crown batch indicating you are a Premium user.
Please, also check if you have our application, we are windy.com, red and white logo, not blue and white.
