In case you are subscribed via the website (FastSpring), message me the email address you used and I can refund the duplicate order.
To cancel and refund the subscription made via application, you have to go to a platform you are originally subscribed to since Google Play and the App Store have their own administration to which we don’t have access to.

I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application on the device you have created the subscription.
Then check if you are signed with your Windy account on that device and then check if you are logged in with that account on your other devices.

To be able to identify the issue, please, let us know at least the iOS version, device and app version of the device where the subscription was created.
