Hi @suty and @simonurbanek I can confirm that I have also still this issue, looks like it is behaving for me the same way as @ctd_ mentioned, it is enough to go to the settings and it is working again, unfortunately only for some time :/
@Brancis Hello, both devices require a bit different approach to this model offer. We are aware of this feedback and we want to offer all available models on all our devices.
@aujma That is frustrating! It appears that the app does not currently include watch complications, or that you must enable a setting in the software on your phone or the Watch app itself. Have you looked into the app's settings or the developer's website/support for information on complications?
@dscoti Hi, I already forwarded your suggestions to our iOS developer so we can consider any potential adjustments in the future. However, I can't promise anything.
@Make90 ich habe ein ähnliches problem beim konfigurieren des WatchFace. ich kann auf der watch keinen forecast sehen [image: 1735991695470-b1f61163-ddcf-42a8-a21d-b93cbfc8ee22-image-resized.jpeg] [image: 1735991696861-e5dcbfc0-bf52-44df-910d-d8573031d366-image-resized.jpeg] [image: 1735991698063-90d51609-047b-4000-8fde-2fa2bbab672a-image-resized.jpeg]
Hi,
Is there any chance to change the FW for the watch app to select and fix the chosen location ?
I’ve read many threads here and a lot of users would like to fix their location and do not turn on GPS to update the forecast.
Regards
@SCJD Can you please try to reinstall the app and let us know if the issue persists? It is usually caused by stuck widgets on certain device and updates are completely controlled by the device.
