Apparently you are using the ECMWF model. Have you tried the other models in your area? I mean GFS, ICON, METEOBLUE and AROME ANT.
In your other post you are talking about thunderstorms. It is very difficult for weather models to forecast them very precisely. So with stormy weather check different models and in addition the radar layer can help predict rain up to one hour in advance.

Both Drought Intensity and Moisture anomaly show deviation from the long-term average for a specific place and time. For these, too, there might still be a negative anomaly if the soil is drier than usual (average of 1961-2010 period). On the other hand, the Soil Moisture layer shows actual modelled soil moisture content, so in case of a heavy rain event, this one should capture it in "real-time".

The UAE gets very little rain mainly because it lies in a subtropical desert region. High-pressure systems dominate the area, causing dry air that suppresses cloud formation. It is also far from major rain-bearing weather systems, and its hot climate leads to high evaporation, reducing rainfall further.

You’ve hit the nail on the head regarding the geographical "stack" that makes the UAE so arid. To put it in technical terms, the UAE is essentially a victim of the Hadley Cell—the global atmospheric circulation pattern that dumps dry, high-pressure air directly over the subtropics.
Since you are interested in technical systems and environmental modifications (like your vehicle's heater and cooling system projects), you might find the "engineered" side of UAE rainfall fascinating. Because the natural systems you described are so dominant, the UAE has become a world leader in Cloud Seeding.

Could you explain what you mean in the title of your post? I can’t see a relation with the post itself.
Concerning the Drought monitoring layers, you can see that 2 depths are considered in the soil profile, 0-40cm or 0-100cm. I don’t think that aquifers have an influence at these depths on wide scales.
Here is additional information:

Key Soil Suitability Parameters:
Physical: Texture (sand/silt/clay), structure, drainage (affects water & nutrient retention)
Chemical: pH, nutrient levels (N, P, K), presence of toxins (impact plant growth)
Biological: Microorganism types & quantities (influence fertility & plant support)
Climate: Temperature, rainfall, humidity (all affect suitability for specific crops)
Topography: Slope & elevation (influence drainage & erosion)
Irrigation: Water access (critical in low-rain or high-evaporation areas)
Ideal Scenario: Balanced physical, chemical, and biological properties for plant growth, suited to local climate and topography.

When the air is humid, the wind tends to be more calm and still. This is because the moisture in the air makes it more dense and heavier, making it harder for the wind to move. On the other hand, when the air is dry, the wind tends to be more gusty and turbulent. This is because the dry air is less dense and lighter, making it easier for the wind to move.
To determine the humidity using wind patterns, pay attention to the strength and direction of the wind. If the wind is calm and still, it is likely that the air is humid. If the wind is gusty and turbulent, it is likely that the air is dry. In addition to wind patterns, other indicators of humidity include the presence of dew on surfaces, the amount of moisture in the soil, and the amount of evaporation from bodies of water.
It is important to note that the humidity can change depending on various factors such as temperature, atmospheric pressure, and the amount of water vapor in the air. Therefore, it is not always possible to accurately determine the humidity based on wind patterns alone. Other methods, such as using a hygrometer or weather station, may be more reliable for measuring humidity.
