We are Windy.com (with a red logo), and our subscription is called Windy Premium, not “Windy PRO.”
Our Premium service costs €18.99 (or equivalent price in local currency) and we don't offer any trial. However, if you purchase the subscription in AppStore, you still need to request the refund from them, since they don't allow companies to manage their purchases.

@shijie-li Unfortunately, we don't provide any historical data of weather forecast in Windy.com. However, if you are interested in observed data, you can check stations in Windy, which usually offer a week old data.

Hi @darchacki, if you want to get the invoice from your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase a subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link and get the invoice there.

Shouldn't be an issue using your account on both mobile and browser, as long as you use the same email account to login on both devices.
