Yes, once you subscribe on one of your devices you get Premium with the others. You just need to log in with the same account credentials.

These apps are 2 different apps from 2 different companies. There is no connection between them except a similar name.

@kashoob I checked your payment attempts and I found the info about your card. There is a limit which was exceeded and that is the reason why this wasn't possible. Then the Fastspring started to block the card because of many attempts until June 22, 2023. So please check this limit on your end and try it that day again please.

Also, there is no issue with Windy or Fastspring, and MasterCard.

@Jiri-Omacht If you purchased your Premium subscription with old Apple ID, you should access that Apple ID (you can do that in browser) and cancel the auto-renewal of subscription.

Then you can purchase a new one with new AppleID. Unfortunately, since Apple subscription management cannot be accessed from our end, you need to manage it on your own.

@Tates Hi, can you test the behavior in the anonymous windy if the issue appears as well? If it does, please let us know about your browser and its version.

Additionally, it is worth mentioning that this access should also be available on non-Apple devices. I have personally tested accessing it through Chrome on a Windows laptop, and it worked perfectly fine. This provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to use the access across different platforms and devices.

Yes, in the search bar, type the name of one of your locations. Then click on the small heart near the search bar to save it as Favorite. Then set an Alert for this Favorite. And same for other locations.
As non Premium user you can save only 3 Favorites.
Premium users can save an unlimited number of Favorites / Alerts.

Yes, Route planner is still available on browser version. In the left Menu select Distance & planning, or by a right click on your mouse.
