@Peter-Hershaft Did you purchase the Premium subscription for Windy.com with the red logo? Could be possible that you purchased a subscription for a different app? We don't have any app with the blue logo, there is only a very similar name.

Hi, as far as I know, once you are Premium as shown by the badge near your username here, you don’t need to restore the purchase again, but just login on your phone with the same account credentials as on your desktop.
ok yes, we finished the payment at around 10:30, and then about three hours later we received the email which contain the order code. Now we can login with premium member,thank you very much!
Hi @Siivapajuk, our subscription is connected to an account with an email address. So it should be used by only one user, and that should be an owner of that email address.
Hi @Jon-Dickinson, this is strange, since we haven't noticed any similar issue. Can you test it once again and if the issue persists, can you contact me at support@windy.com? We can test, and potentially, reset the access to your account.
@Jay-Litten Hi, we currently have a issue in our system, not allowing us to change usernames, but we are already working on fixing it. Your username will be changed soon. :)
