@Flickamar You probably assigned your Premium to your Apple account with email address that is made by Apple to hide your personal email address. Please try to login via this Apple login to access your account, and also you can change the email address then. If you have any questions, please let me know.

@Kerry-Leach Can you provide further info about the app? Did you download the one with the red icon? It should be possible to login with Google.

@midoran Hi, I found two attempts to purchase the subscription, but only one of them was successfully finished. So if you were charged twice, Fastspring should return the unsuccessful one to you.

If you want to cancel your subscription, purchased via AppStore or Google Play, you have to handle that on your own in these stores. If you purchase subscription in browser via Fastspring, you can access your subscription management here on this link https://windy.onfastspring.com/account UPDATE: I checked your account and your purchase was made in AppStore. Also deletion of account doesn't cancel the subscription and you don't have to pay next periods, if you cancel it now.

@Philipp-Beer-3 You will need to restore your purchase by following the steps below: Open the Windy.com app and log in with your account Open the subscription offer and click on “restore purchases.” This action should assign the Premium to your account, and you can use it across your devices.

@terry8 You can’t find knots per hour. This unit does not exist ;-) 1 knot is 1 nautical mile per hour. As @Ondřej-Šutera said you can find all available units in Settings.

@coscri Hello, No you don’t need to upgrade on your iPad. Your subscription covers all your devices. You just need to log in on your iPad with the same account credentials as on your iPhone.
