Hi Suti, In my case you were right, it was when I started the session with apple that I begun to have troubles. I have opened the session with my previous e-mail, and my Premium account is back. It seems that my Apple account - as you said- generated another Windy account that was not Premium. Now I know I should not use Apple to open the session. Thank you!

Hi @Habib-Milat, firstly, we don't offer any lifetime Premium service, we only offer annual subscription and purchase for a year. Secondly, you must have two accounts in Windy, the one with Premium and the second free one, probably connected to a different email.
