ok yes, we finished the payment at around 10:30, and then about three hours later we received the email which contain the order code. Now we can login with premium member,thank you very much!
Hi @Siivapajuk, our subscription is connected to an account with an email address. So it should be used by only one user, and that should be an owner of that email address.

I don’t think that Windy.com has taken this sum from your bank account.
I rather think it is an other app named Windy.app with a blue logo. This app usually takes money after a free trial.
Windy.com has no connection with this app. Here you are on the community forum of Windy.com. So you better contact Windy.app.
@wordcounter Hi there. try to navigate on the same page. Anything out of the easy track is always defined at the end of the page. I have visited a similar interface and I faced no difficulty. Hope I was of some help.

There are many reasons why iCloud sync doesn't work. Some most common:
iCloud is full
iCloud is not enabled in Windy.com app settings
internal error in cloud sync
A quick fix is turning off cloud sync and manually setting the metrics.
