    Hi @hivetool, I checked your payments via Fastspring and there is one from June 2022 and 2021, which should renew again in June. However, the auto-renewal is canceled and you made a second purchase this April. Unfortunately, I cannot refund your payment from April, because we refund only purchases not older than 14 days.

    Hi @Paololitico, you can use the subscription on multiple devices (mobile devices, desktop), however, the account which is connected to the Premium subscription is under the email address. So only the owner of the email address can use this Premium account.

    @Dean-Portelli Apparently your subscription is active since the Premium badge is shown near your username here. It applies on your PC too. You just need to log in with the same account credentials, email and password used on your phone.

    @Peter-Hershaft Did you purchase the Premium subscription for Windy.com with the red logo? Could be possible that you purchased a subscription for a different app? We don't have any app with the blue logo, there is only a very similar name.

    @ChrisWrightau Hi, as far as I know, once you are Premium as shown by the badge near your username here, you don’t need to restore the purchase again, but just login on your phone with the same account credentials as on your desktop.
