This app usually takes money after a free trial. Windy.com has no connection with this app. Here you are on the community forum of Windy.com. So you better contact Windy.app.

@cneale Hello, the mentioned avatar was imported from gravatar platform, it is open database, where you can create account and have default avatar for multiple platforms. You must have registered with gr avatar long time ago.
