    @찬웅-위 Hello, unfortunately, we cannot refund you from our end, if you purchased via AppStore. However, I can create a new password to your account, so you can login to the same account with standard access with your email and new password. Please let me know.

    @Dan-D-2 It cannot be moved on our end, so you basically need to stop the auto-renewal and cancel it on one platform and then you can purchase it on the second one.
