    Hi, I paid for the premium service in September. I wasn't able to get access to the premium parts but didnt have time to deal with it. I logged in again and made sure everything is correct with the email address I used to make the purchase but sadly still no premium access. What is wrong? Thank you Jonathan

    This can happen if your browser clears cookies or sessions automatically. In Edge, go to Settings → Privacy, search, and services → Clear browsing data on close, and make sure cookies for windy.com are excluded. Also, try adding windy.com to your “Allowed sites” under cookies — it should stop logging you out.

    Hey @dinu-viswanath Your account is currently in a "grace" period. This means your subscription is canceled, but you are still in a period where you have access to Premium features. It expires on October 13, 2025. The purpose of this grace period is to resolve issues with credit cards, address any payment troubles. If this is not the case, simply wait until the end of this period. All the best, David
