Yes, but the Route planner is only available on desktop with the browser version not in the mobile app.
Right click on your mouse and select Distance & planning.

This implies that the current data is actually a model, is that right? If so, why does it not also include a forecast? I have a friend sailing the Pacific and it would be great to know quite urgently!!

@bray Can you tell me on which overlay have this happened to you? I have checked the wind overlay and it seems that it works. The direction should not change in very detailed zoom, only colour changes to purple.
