Hello, just to check - in "Settings for location forecast," did you also switch the tiny toggle that's to the left of the "Always open as" setting? It needs to be switched on so that your settings are respected. With the toggle enabled (white background) it works for me.

@idefix37 yes, @aslaugmvn is right, the metric is mistakenly reading the raw data inverted. It is already fixed on our side and should be part of hotfix in a few days.

@ypbk1965 What layer and model did you use and check? We are not owners of this forecast data and we still talk about only forecast, not real time data. So if any model was wrong with the rain forecast, it can be possible.
For instance, we should have a rain in my location last night for a few hours and nothing appeared at the end.
@Briana-Czatt Hello, we have set this popup to appear only once per device/account. So this is strange behavior to be honest. Is it possible that the Brightsign player clears local storage during every session?
@valentiniluiz Hello, you are right about this, it is a bug. I already fixed this on our end in translations and it will be visible in the app with our next release. For now, it is a wrong translation for S as South.
