ok I have just redone it also now with the app logged out but its showing the same thing not working , it is sad because it would hev been nice to see the trail version , guess we will never see , unless we purchase and even then we dont know if that will work too , thanks any way

Hi, I cancelled my subscription a few days ago, and right after that moment I could not use the premium options any more. So I choose to reopen the subscription, but that was only possible for the next month. The reason to cancel was that I wanted to opt in for the yearly subscription. But now I’m in for the next two months...

No, I have a subscription. In iOs I changed my password. After logging out and logging in again, I saw that the option to use the hourly forecasts was not there anymore.

@Korina I have the iPhone version and subscribed to the premium version on the Apple app. I had 1 hour forecast but recently it has been grayed out and now I can’t click on it again. Thanks!

@dispar Hi, in case you have activate Premium subscription and you still cannot access it, please try to open Windy on the device, you made the purchase with, log in and wait for a while. Then log out and in again. This should assign the subscription to your account.
