Would you try to log out of both devices and lock back in with your account? The only explanation is that you may have two accounts. You can upload a screenshot of the login screen with filled credentials, right before you hit the login button.

Petra what of i delete the app in my devices both and reinstall It?
It Is possibile the problem cames from using in the cast the username freewind1 instead the email adress to login

@freewind-1 I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application again.
Do you get logged out of the other device when you log in to both devices only with your username?

The answer is i dont remenber. Anyway i try to uninstall and install again the app in my devices both. I will log in with email address and password. I let you know if the issue will last

Hi again Petra, i'm quite disappointed. I did everything you suggested but the issues is unsolved. tried several times I disinstalled and installed again the app in my two devices. I did log in with the same userid and password i mean the same accont. Nothing happend. Within few minutes one out my two devices is loged out by the system.
I find this situation frustrating every time i change the device i have to login again.
Could you please do a further effort to solve my problem. Even if as i told you i really appreciate the app and I would continue to use it.

@freewind-1, does the device log you out after you close the application and then open it on the same device?

hi Petra, I would say yes. Usually every time i use the app at the end I close it. I saw that if I did log in my devices both at the same time the system alowed me to keep them all logged. But as i told you if i close the apps and i reopen again in one of them i was no longer logged.
