@timol Hello, you will need to cancel the subscription on the platform where you made the purchase. It is either desktop (FastSpring) or Google/App Store.

@korina Thanks. I did notice the instruction in the earlier posts but, unfortunately, I would need more detailed instructions.
In my iPhone Windy (when logged on) I do not have any cancel function in settings.
In my desktop, where do I find FastSpring?

@timol Hello, I found you purchase for annual subscription from December 2020. This order cannot be cancelled anymore, you can only cancel within the 14 days after the purchase.

@korina thanks - is my subscription for one year i.e. ends automatically Dec 2021 or do I need to actively cancel the subscription so it will not renew

as I want to terminate my subscription effective Dec 2021 what are the steps I need to take

@timol I have deactivated the subscription, therefore you will not be charge at the next billing period.
