Premium status keeps dropping off. Crashes observed.

The app keeps losing my premium status. Same on different ios devices. Have to reestablish purchase over and over again, to regain premium features.
Also, since last version, repeated app crashings observed, when shifting forward and backwards in date/time.

@irasna Hello, the Premium is assigned to your account, are you sure you are logged in with the same account across all of your devices? If yes, could you please let me know your device type, Windy version and enclose a video showing the crash? Also are there any errors in the error console?

@korina IOS App version 33.0.4.
Using different IOS devices, iPads and iPhones.The premium dropoff happens on all of them. Only option to recover is reinstate purchase over and over again.
No video of crash. Screen goes momentarily white and app returns on initial picture.

I would recommend uninstalling and installing the application on the device you have created the subscription.
Then check if you are signed with your Windy account on that device and then check if you are logged in with that account on your other devices.Please, let us know if the issue persists after following these steps.
To be able to identify the issue, please, let us know at least the iOS version, device and app version of the device where the subscription was created.
