@Oleksiy1 In light of the conflict that has largely stopped, at least for now, between India and Pakistan, would those countries even share weather model data between those countries? That could be a tough thing to do. If the conflict resumes again, the countries would likely block each other's access to models and other weather data, so neither country knows what weather conditions to expect in the days or a couple of weeks ahead. That complicates battlefield decisions, but without models, weather officers in the military have to make decisions based on what the weather signs look like and what they know about basic meteorology. If weather officers are allowed to access model data, it may come from American sources like the GFS or European models, IF they are even allowed to access that data.
